The Roscongress Foundation and the All-Russia People’s Front signed a cooperation agreement to develop long-term and fruitful cooperation. The agreement was signed by CEO and Chairman of the Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev and Head of the All-Russia People’s Front Executive Committee Mikhail Kuznetsov.

The agreement provides for cooperation in a number of areas that include propelling volunteer services and corporate social responsibility, mutual support through counselling, information exchange and sharing expert advice. The parties agreed to strengthen cooperation with international partners and provide publicity to promote topics related to events organized by the parties, etc.

«As we approach the 75th Anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, supporting self-isolated aging population becomes crucial. The Roscongress Foundation’s initiative is a prime example of an organization acting in a socially responsible manner. It shows how a large organization can plays its part and participate in the public life. Elderly needs our help today more than ever,» stressed Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation.

Both organizations put emphasis on working together during the spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19. Thus, the All-Russia People’s Front together with the Roscongress Foundation, Association of Volunteer Centres, Medical Volunteers (a public movement of international cooperation), Volunteers of the Constitution movement, and Rostelecom have set up a dedicated nationwide hotline to support and coordinate help for people over 65 years of age that are now in the risk group. Maria Kiseleva, Head of the Delegate Management Directorate.

According to the agreement, the Roscongress Foundation acquires the status and acts as General Partner of the All-Russia People’s Front in organizing and coordinating the round-the-clock nationwide dedicated hotline for the elderly and people with disabilities in self-isolation.
